23.- ¿ES QUIMÉRICA, LA INDEPENDENCIA COMPLETA?

-    ¡Y con éste penúltimo relato, me perdonáis que voy a dormir, para mañana andar los diez kilometritos, que nos quedan para terminar la excursión, ¿Qué os parece el tema de actualidad de las independencias?.- Leyó Ángel.

-    A mí me parece, que a lo largo de la historia todos se han peleado por la independencia amparándose en la palabra libertad.- Aclaró Pepe.

-    ¿No va en contra de lo que también se está peleando de las agrupaciones, del mundo global, de la libertad de movimientos, de la unificación de la moneda?- Preguntó Ángel.

-    También es muy importante que cada uno se gobierne así mismo, nadie mejor que uno sabe lo que le conviene.- dijo Pepe.

-    Con esa actitud te vuelves más débil y frágil para ser atacado. También me parecen unos “cara duras” pedir la independencia cuando se les ha financiado todo su territorio y otros han tenido que esperar.- Dijo Mercedes.

-    Independentistas hay en todos los países y han habido desde que el mundo es mundo. Os citaré unos cuantos que me acuerdo ahora:

o  El Movimiento Independentista Nacional Hostosiano (MINH) es una organización política de Puerto Rico.

o  El Movimiento Independentista de 1811, conocido también en El Salvador como primer grito de independencia fue la primera de una serie de sublevaciones.

o  Surge movimiento independentista en Venezuela soplan vientos de secesión en Iberoamérica.

o  Movimiento Independentista Oromo, del Colectivo de Zahareños por la Autonomía. liberación de Oromo,

o  Frente Islámico Barrena.

o  Movimiento independentista puertorriqueño con varios luchadores Liberación de Oromia.

-    Os voy a contar el día que Maese me invitó a una conferencia sobre comercio en un país que se acababa de unificar y al tiempo habían grupos independentistas ¿no es un poco absurdo?, los días pasaron de la siguiente forma…. Dijo Pepe… El relato se “implora” de la siguiente forma…:

Maese me había invitado a acompañarle a un pueblo de Alemania, en donde el Comité de Comercio le había invitado a dar una conferencia sobre independencia. Nos encaminamos al aeropuerto internacional y tras unas horitas de viaje, descen-dimos por aquellas escalerillas a un reconstruido aeropuerto. Parecía que el tiempo había retrocedido unos diez años y que aquel país, orgulloso y digno, estaba estancado. Durante el trayecto, le pregunté a Maese, cuál sería el enfoque de su charla. Consciente que sus ideas podrían salir en una u otra dirección y era capaz de defender posturas contradictorias y consecuente con la difícil situación del país, le insistí en la pregunta. Tan solo pude arrancarle una pícara sonrisa y ligeras pinceladas a modo de bosquejo orientativo. Me comentó que aquel país, en su ser más profundo, podía ser un desastre o convertirse en un héroe industrial que sacase al mundo de su crisis económica o ser capaz de hundirla. Me recordó que en esa pequeña extensión de terreno en el corazón de Europa, habían germinado los mimbres de las dos grandes guerras. Me señaló la débil situación sobre la que se encontraba construida, soportando en sus hombros una convivencia impuesta. Y nostálgicamente, rotuló como anécdota que cuando estudiaba en la Facultad, había conocido a un personaje de aquel país con el que empezó sus primeras importaciones de material quirúrgico. El cual envasaba en carteras de bolsillo y las vendía a los estudiantes de las facultades del país para sus prácticas de disección. También me relató sus peripecias para pagarse unos estudios trayéndole a un director de un banco un coche de alta gama a un precio más económico. Tras estos comentarios, Maese se quedó dormido en su asiento.

Nos trasladamos por fin al hotel y tras una comida con los comisarios del encuentro y la correspondiente presentación como hombre de comercio y de mundo, le dieron la palabra. Maese, procedió de la siguiente manera:

Después de dar las gracias al Señor Presidente por los elogios que en mi presentación hace. He de hacer constancia de la emoción que es para mí poder estar aquí, y si mi humilde aportación contribuye a la mejora de los logros comerciales de este país, al que admiro y respeto, daré por satisfecha mi visita. Mi emoción no es producida por el momento, si no por hallarme en esta casa. Ante quienes pronuncio estas palabras y como representantes que sois de este gran pueblo. Sabéis que mi agradecimiento se hace extensivo hasta todas las mujeres y hombres que habitan en este hermoso país.  En esta tierra tuve hace años, semillas de mis primeras relaciones comerciales, por lo que puedo atreverme a decir que aquí nací también comercialmente. A esta tierra, pues, le debo gran parte de lo poco que soy hoy en día, y la deberé lo mucho o nada que sea en el mañana.

Esta tierra no es pobre en absoluto, es rica sobretodo en corazones grandes que con orgullo se alojan en el centro del más antiguo de los continentes. ¿Qué mayor riqueza se le puede pedir a un país?. No esperéis de mis palabras más que unas pinceladas sobre un tema tan antiguo como la humanidad. Muy discutido en las fronteras pero, poco atendido y menos aún, ejecutado en los despachos. Que aunque su interés sea mundial, es trascendental, pues se trata de “la salud del futuro.”

Los aplausos interrumpiéndole, no se hicieron esperar. Entretanto, mis dudas del enfoque que daría eran cada vez mayores, ¿se pronunciaría por grandes ideas conservadoras, o por modernas independentistas?,…¿quizás, hablase del sistema globalizado? Con él nunca se estaba seguro, más que no nos defraudaría y su mensaje; tal vez no siendo claro y directo, dejase abiertas las mentes a la reflexión. Siguió de la siguiente manera:

Señoras y Señores, cuando hablamos de independencia, nos preguntamos si realmente ¿somos maduros y estamos prepa-rados?. Esta palabra estaba ahora de moda en los adolescentes, en las empresas, en muchas de las regiones, en las autonomías y en los pueblos de medio mundo, que no cesan de solicitar su independencia. Está de moda en muchas de las personas, de las centrales o de los países a los que pertenecen. Ésto si, ¡manteniendo siempre un cordón umbilical con ellas¡ A similitud de lo que ocurre con los jóvenes adolescentes con sus progenitores. Pretenden independizarse, pero solicitan avales para alquilar o comprar el piso, el coche o lo que se tercie en ese momento. Vuelven a comer a casa de sus padres para ahorrarse el coste de manutención y les hacen llamadas perdidas de teléfono para que, conscientes de la preocupación de sus ancestros, les devolverán la llamada ahorrándose unos eurillos.

Podemos hacernos otra pregunta ¿es quimérica, una independencia completa? La respuesta es ¡No¡ No es una utopía.. Puede ser un hecho real. La historia así lo ha demostrado, los pueblos y las personas también lo demuestran día a día, pero siempre se mantiene un cordón umbilical con algo o con alguien. ¡Insisto en que es posible la independencia¡ La fórmula es fácil  ¡Veamos cuales son los parámetros¡ con unos datos. (Coge el proyector y va pasando las diapositivas que llevaba preparadas).

Supongamos por un momento que todas las regiones de todos los países, obtuvieran la ansiada independencia. Tendrían que afrontar por sí mismos (con madurez, aplicando la ruptura de los cordones umbilicales anteriores), la posibilidad de autogobernarse y de la autogestión, afrontando las inversiones necesarias de educación, infraestructuras, ejército, policía,  hospitales, comunicaciones, energías necesarias, gobernación, poder judicial, y todo lo que hasta el momento hacen los gobiernos actuales. Muchas ya empezarían a carecer de cosas básicas, pues los territorios que ocupan no tienen agricultura, ganadería, minería, pesca, industria y servicios, suficientes para su población. Para solucionarlo empezarían a asociarse con otras que los tuvieran y a firmar acuerdos comerciales con las poseedoras de los ansiados bienes.

Al cabo de unos años, las provincias solicitarían lo propio y tendrían que afrontar por sí mismos, con madurez, aplicando la ruptura de los cordones umbilicales anteriores, la posibilidad de autogobernarse y de la autogestión, afrontando las mismas inversiones necesarias. Es decir de nuevo repetirían todo lo que hasta el momento hacen los gobiernos actuales y las regionales después. Muchas ya empezarían a carecer de cosas básicas, pues los territorios que ocupan no tienen agricultura, ganadería, minería, pesca, industria y servicios, suficientes para su población para solucionarlo empezarían a asociarse con otras, que los tuvieran y a firmar acuerdos comerciales con las poseedoras de los ansiados bienes.

Más tarde serían las ciudades. Luego los barrios. Más tarde los edificios de propietarios. Le seguirían los propietarios de cada planta. Y al final de un largo…ídem…ídem… Las familias pedirían su independencia, terminando en los propios individuos que podrían solicitar la suya. En este momento tendríamos que hacer un nuevo orden social. Para hacerlo posible, pensemos que en ese momento habría personas con autosuficiencia que solicitarían la independencia de la independencia. Pero la mayoría de las personas carecerían de los mínimos para sobrevivir. ¡Asomémonos a la calle y contemplemos la realidad¡ los que hoy piden independencia plantean al mismo tiempo trasladar la esclavitud anterior a otra en la que ellos son los que gobiernan ¿Qué diferencia hay pues? Pero volvamos a mirar a la calle y ¿qué vemos? Que mientras unos se manifiestan por la independencia, al lado otros millones se manifiestan por una sanidad gratis, por una casa digan, por un trabajo amparado en convenios colectivos, por una educación igual y gratis. ¿No estamos cayendo en incon-gruencias? ¿O es que nuestro cerebro está tan intoxicado que nos contradecimos pidiendo esa independencia al tiempo que nos agrupamos en una manifestación?

Podemos hacernos otra pregunta ¿es una utópica la independencia de la independencia, de todos y cada una de las personas que habitan el planeta? Y curiosamente la respuesta es ¡No, no es utópica y es posible¡ Pongámonos el reto de estudiarlo, para ello como siempre situemos unos parámetros de partida. ¿Qué es en definitiva una persona que posee la independencia de la independencia? Pues es una persona autosuficiente y ¿Qué se necesita para conseguir la autosuficiencia?, Muy fácil: superar varios niveles. ¿Cuáles son entonces esos niveles?: El primer nivel a superar es la alimentación. Para ello deberá poseer una granja agrícola-ganadera, con un toro y una vaca de leche, un gallo y seis gallinas, un cerdo y una cerda, un conejo y dos conejas, un caballo de tiro y una yegua y finalmente las colmenas de abejas. Todo este conjunto, aportará las cantidades de carne y derivados, leche y derivados, miel y huevos necesarios para la supervivencia de una persona en un año.

También se precisa de una  extensión de terreno, que es el segundo nivel a superar. Dicha superficie está estimada por varios expertos consultados, en dos hectáreas de tierra por persona. Que abonará con estiércol y aplicará los métodos biológicos para la lucha de infestaciones y enriquecimiento de los nutrientes del suelo. Precisa plantar una zona de inverna-deros para conseguir los cien kilogramos/año de patatas, y cebollas, los treinta kilos de tomates, los sesenta kilos de verduras diversas (zanahorias, judías verdes, coles, pepinos, pimientos, lechugas), en fin todos los alimentos necesarios, que aplicando las técnicas de conservación, las prolongará para el año. También tendrá la zona de árboles frutales, la de cereal y la de alfalfa para ensilar. Haciendo los cálculos de las raciones que un restaurante de varias grandes compañías,  podemos corregir los cálculos en este ejemplo. Y si ustedes lo corrigen al alza tanto mejor para la conclusión final. El tercer nivel a superar es el de las energías. Para ello, aplicarán las técnicas de minihidráulicas, fotovoltaica, eólica, o la que en cada lugar sea más propicia y sea capaz de confeccionar por él mismo en su independencia o consecuencia de trueques. El cuarto nivel será el de los vestidos que serán confeccionados por ellos mismos o consecuencia de trueques.

Vemos que es posible y no es una quimera que cada cual sea independiente, pero demos un paso más y dibujemos en el mapamundi un boceto de cómo quedaría esa independencia. ¿Les parece? (Proyecta una nueva diapositiva).

Primero vemos que para repartirnos el nuevo mundo, disponemos de 150 millones de kilómetros cuadrados quitando los polos, los espacios en altas montañas, los que necesitan los animales salvajes y las zonas áridas impracticables para el ejemplo.  Tenemos un reparto de la siguiente manera:

     En definitiva, supondría que disponemos de 5’2 mil millones de hectáreas para llevara a cabo nuestro plan indepen-dentista. Si hemos dicho que cada persona necesitaría como mínimo dos hectáreas, veamos entonces, ¿para cuántas personas disponemos?. Hagamos el estudio por razas a grandes números de cuántos somos de partida:

     Blancos                       2 mil millones

     Asiáticos                     2 mil millones

     Resto                           1 mil millones

     Total                           5 mil millones

Basándonos en que la mitad del mundo no sabe los habitantes que tiene, por no llevar controles, me permito hacer estas grandes y redondas cifras. Y si alguien no está conforme, por favor que me lo demuestre contándolos él mismo. De momento nos encontramos ante el primer gran problema, “la mitad de la población no tiene espacio suficiente para llevar a cabo este plan”. El segundo problema es que “posiblemente, hubieran rivalidades raciales para conseguir reducir a la mitad la población y poder acceder a ese equilibrio”. Entonces aparece el tercero de los problemas, “no se puede tener descendencia en tanto en cuanto, no se dejen parcelas libres”.

Que traería de la mano al cuarto de los problemas, ¿Cómo y quién decide ese control de natalidad? Podríamos seguir el ejemplo que en la actualidad se produce en China, eliminando por su cultura y mentalidad a las niñas a favor de niños, y ¡por cierto¡, haciendo un comentario jocoso; alguien se ha preguntado ¿estás dispuesto a tener nietos chinos?, porque dentro de pocos años habrán en China, buscando mujer, más de seiscientos millones de hombres…? pero sigamos con nuestros problemas independentistas, que ya he perdido la cuenta de cuantos llevamos. ¿Cómo se resuelven los trabajos que tendrían que hacer respecto a tener que afrontar por si mismos con madurez, aplicando la ruptura de los cordones umbilicales anteriores, la posibilidad de autogobernarse? Esta respuesta es fácil, no lo necesitan, tan solo ser responsables de si mismos. ¡Asomémonos de nuevo a la ventana¡ ¿Cuántos habitantes hay con esa capacidad? ¿A cuántos hay que recordarles a diario lo que tienen o no que hacer? Y ¿Cuántos se encuentran perdidos si no tienen una manita que les saque las castañas del fuego?. Eso que la respuesta es fácil. ¡Sigamos¡ y ¿Qué me dicen de la autogestión? La respuesta es igual de fácil, tampoco lo necesitan. Tan solo tienen que vivir afrontando por sí mismos las inversiones necesarias de educación, infraestructuras, ejército, policía,  hospitales, comunicaciones, poder judicial (en los litigios vecinales), y todo lo que hasta el momento hacen los gobiernos actuales. Infinidad de personas ya empezarían a carecer de cosas básicas, pues los territorios que ocupan no tienen agricultura, ni ganadería, ni minería, ni pesca, ni industria ni servicios suficientes para su necesidad. Para solucionarlo empezarían a asociarse con otras que los tuvieran y a firmar acuerdos comerciales con las poseedoras de los ansiados bienes. En este momento les pregunto ¿No es de este modo como se fundó el mundo en el Neandertal? Pero no me rindo porque sé que es perfectamente posible la independencia absoluta, pero si nos introducimos en la necesidad de hacer intercambios me surge otra duda ¿En qué moneda? ¿En qué idioma? ¿Quién fija el tipo de cambio? ¿Cómo sabemos que algo es caro o barato?, se harían los intercambios?. Y cuando hubiéramos resuelto todo con todos y cada uno de los intercambios, a algunos se les ocurriría la idea de que para qué trabajar si pueden robar. Y aparecerían las asociaciones delictivas. Todos recordamos la serie del cine Mad Max que nos sirve de ejemplo perfecto. ¿Seríamos capaces de defendernos en solitario? Si la respuesta es que la mayoría no sería capaz de durar una semana de ataques entonces ¿quién nos defendería, tenemos ejercito, o policía?, Vale y cuando cojamos a los malos ¿Qué hacemos, los matamos o los detenemos? Y cuando decidamos que la segunda opción es la más civilizada ¿Quién es el que cede un trozo de su terreno para encarcelarle? ¡Ahhh, claro¡ la respuesta está en sus dos hectáreas que le correspondieron al preso. Me parece buena respuesta, pero ¿quién se va a ocupar de vigilarle y poner en producción su finca para mantenerle si no hay funcionarios de prisiones e impuestos que les mantenga? Me conformo si se ponen de acuerdo en rotar la vigilancia y entonces me viene otra cuestión a la mente ¿Cuánto tiempo debe estar detenido? ¿Quién juzgaría a los delincuentes?, y si enfermamos ¿tendríamos hospitales, y medicinas?

No quiero prolongar esta dependencia que les estoy ocasionando al estar escuchándome y quiero devolverles su independencia lo antes posible (El foro se ríe) ¡¡Señoras y señores¡¡, seamos maduros en nuestras decisiones, afrontemos el futuro conscientes de las limitaciones, de lo finito de los recursos naturales, del respeto y mantenimiento de la historia, religión, cultura y tradiciones de cada uno y ofrezcamos un porvenir, tanto económico como cultural, de un verdadero progreso y no condenemos a “un progreso acelerado al pasado” a nuestros descendiente. Pasemos a la historia como continuadores y mejoradores de lo que hemos tenido y pensemos que lo que ahora demandamos como bueno para nuestro futuro, el resto también lo puede demandar tan legítimamente como nos creemos nosotros al hacerlo …¿o no?. ¿Si usted o usted es independiente, por qué yo no lo puedo ser también? ¿Qué diferencia hay en depender de un partido nacionalista regional o de un nacionalista nacional? ¿Solo el territorio?, si a fin de cuentas alguien me va a gobernar y a esclavizar.

Después de esta conferencia, Maese Mercader, descendió de su atril y se encaminó a mi lado. Con la cabeza me hizo un gesto que le acompañase y sin más explicaciones, nos dirigimos al hotel a cenar juntos y a descansar. A la mañana siguiente, cami-no del aeropuerto compramos los periódicos con curiosidad. Como era ya costumbre, mi amigo no dejó indiferente a los oyentes. Unos denominaban su oratoria de la noche anterior con el término “parábola”,  tachándole de profeta. Otros le criticaban por no atenerse a la modernidad real y llevar al límite su catastrofismo. Le pregunté su parecer sobre las críticas de los diarios, me contestó con una sonrisa, diciéndome:

-    ¡Querido amigo¡, estoy de acuerdo con todos ellos, la conferencia ha sido un éxito. He conseguido mi propósito, que la gente piense en la seriedad del asunto.

-    ¿Cuál era entonces tu objetivo? Y ¿Qué opinas realmente tú?.- Le pregunté completamente desorientado. Él me respondió así:

a.    Muchos se basan para sus objetivos, en la incultura de la masa para obtener votos, sin preocuparles en absoluto el que esos que le votan, sigan siendo dependientes, pero de ellos naturalmente. Y esos mismos, se incomodan cuando se les solicita a su vez ser independientes de ellos. Esta postura es defendida por algunos de los mal llamados “progres, nació-nalistas, avanzados, modernos, libertarios” o como quieran llamarse para ocultar su verdadera intención. En definitiva esconden la política de “Q.T.P.P.Y” ¡un círculo que si echa a andar, no se sabe donde llegará¡  ¿La política de “Q.T.P.P.Y”? Es la política de “Quítate Tú Para Ponerme Yo”, pero son conservadores cuando lo consiguen. Ya no quieren cambiar.

b.    Los otros llamados conservadores, temen perder sus estatus, su comodidad, su tranquilidad a pesar de las incomo-didades y sometimiento de los demás. Éstos siguen la política del “N.T.N”.

-    ¿La política del “N.T.N”?, no se a que te refieres, ¿es un partido político, un movimiento cultural?.- Le pregunté.

-    ¡Je…je..¡, es la política en la que se basan de siempre la clase conservadora. “No Toques Nada”. Como ves, en definitiva ambos llegan al mismo sitio por caminos opuestos.

-    Entonces, estamos perdidos de todas maneras, unos “por hacer” y otros por “no hacer”…

-    Todos son peligrosos, te olvidas de los más peligrosos.-Me respondió volviendo a desorientarme este filósofo que tengo por amigo.

-    ¿Cuáles?

-    Los de “por deshacer”…

-    ¿Cuáles son éstos?

-    Aquellos que intentan destruir lo hecho por otro anterior a ellos, hasta borrarlos y extinguirlos, Son peligrosos porque sus movimientos son destructivos por naturaleza y regresivos por consecuencia, ¡es fácil de entender¡ Una persona inteligente como tú, sabrá sacar muchos ejemplos. Piensa en el que siguen muchos animales en la naturaleza, como los leones que matan a las crías de las hembras, para preñarlas con sus genes, destruyendo los de los machos anteriores… ¿Qué te parece?

-    Pues muy mal

-    Lo peor, es cuando se amparan en ideas de “derechos de las personas”, “libertad” y palabras así que parecen estar en derechos intelectuales de algunos partidos políticos tan solo. Mientras que por detrás, están destruyendo la cultura de toda la humanidad o de sus enemigos. Otros que no se amparan en la política son aquellos que presentan una cara en sociedad y otra en la familia. Un buen ejemplo de ello es cómo determinados personajes muestran al mundo que son capaces de convivir y proteger los restos de su antigua cultura medieval, mezclados con las últimas tecnologías, a su vez defender las ideas más  avanzadas en reparto social y al mismo tiempo cargarse los derechos mínimos de los que no opinan como ellos o someten con monopolios. Amplíalo tú mismo a quien te parezca bien. No me refiero a  un solo país o personaje. Encontraras ejemplos a lo largo de la historia de falsedades como éstas las que quieras. Son muchos, tanto europeos, como musulmanes, como americanos, africanos o asiáticos. Tampoco me refiero solo a países, me refiero a tiranos, déspotas, dictadores,  autócratas, opresores, absolutistas, abusadores y mandones de todo tipo y condición y desde políticos a profesores, pasando por todo aquel y toda aquella persona, que cumpla los requisitos para ser clasificado en alguno de los anteriores adjetivos.

-    Entonces lo tenemos complicado.- Le respondí consciente de la profundidad de sus palabras.

-    ¡No lo tenemos fácil, no¡ Lo que está claro, es que lo que hagamos sea lo debemos hacer y hacerlo bien, pues no tenemos muchas más ocasiones de errar. Mi tranquilidad estriba, en que,  si todos maduramos y aportamos una buena idea a un  “Brainstorming mundial” que realicemos algún día;  ¡quizás la lógica y la sensatez prevalezcan y nos conformemos, con ser tan solo: “Suficientemente Independientes”

Por los altavoces del aeropuerto, nos citaban a embarcar y dejamos para otra ocasión la continuación de la parrafada. Me quedé con la frase que resumía todo este viaje:

¡Quizás la lógica y la sensatez prevalezcan y nos conformemos, con ser tan solo:

“Suficientemente Independientes”
