Me ha parecido divertido hacer una traducción literal, para hacernos pensar y reir al mismo tiempo

Hemos hablado muchas veces de las cualidades que un líder debe atesorar. Y hemos hablado de la Empatía, Actitud Mental Positiva, Adaptación al Cambio, Asertividad, etc, etc, pero ¿qué tal si describimos esa cualidades de una manera más terrenal y con un vocabulario que prácticamente todos utilizamos día a día y que forma parte de nuestras vidas?. Liderando con dichos populares.

Un líder sabe que "a buen entendedor, pocas palabras bastan", por lo que no necesita mucha información para ponerse en marcha. Admite el error, y sigue adelante porque "a confesión de partes, relevo de pruebas".
