Me dijo entonces: - «¿Has visto, hijo de Adán?» A la vuelta me condujo por la orilla del torrente. - Al regresar, vi a la orilla del río una gran arboleda en sus dos márgenes. - Me dijo: «Estas aguas fluyen hacia la comarca levantina, bajarán hasta la estepa, desembocarán en el mar de las aguas salobres, y lo sanearán. Todos los seres vivos que bullan allí donde desemboque la corriente, tendrán vida; y habrá peces en abundancia. Al desembocar allí estas aguas, quedará saneado el mar y habrá vida dondequiera que llegue la corriente. A la vera del río, en sus dos riberas, crecerán toda clase de frutales; no se marchitarán sus hojas ni sus frutos se acabarán; darán cosecha nueva cada luna, porque los riegan aguas que manan del santuario; su fruto será comestible y sus hojas medicinales.»
no tiene desperdicio ni una sola letra, ni una sola coma de esta lectura. Lo que dice, lo vimos claramente en el Jerte y lo hablamos en la pradera junto al agua del embalse.
Hay mucha simbologia y muchos mensajes.......el agua es la fuente de vida que mana del Padre que es el Templo, y aquel que le busca como Ezequiel y sigue sus señales (el Angel), le da la bienvenida (entrada al Templo), y le conduce por el camino de la vida (a la diestra del Padre y hacia el Oriente). Le protege, le guía, mide y evita los peligros (el señor y el cordel). Finalmente le conduce por orillas serenas, donde le muestra los frutos de la vida y le enseña el sentido de la vida.
El final es maravilloso, el agua del río se conduce al mar para purificarlo, sanarlo y permitir que bullan todo tipo de peces, seres vivos y árboles frutales. Si la primera parte es una lección de Confianza en Dios, la segunda parte es una preciosa explicación de la Creación como el Ciclo de la Vida, que tienen su origen en Dios de donde mana el agua de vida, y gracias a ese agua nos alimentamos (los frutos son comestibles) y hay hojas medicinales (para sanarnos cuando estamos enfermos). La Creación es un perfecto equilibrio, un ciclo donde las cosechas se suceden (cada luna nueva) y Dios es la fuente de vida (sustento de agua y alimento en el más profundo sentido) - origen y fin de este ciclo de vida.
