7 Manifestaciones del Amor
Como seres espirituales que somos, venimos hechos de Amor. Ese Amor origen de nuestra existencia no solo se manifiesta en el Todo, sino que este Todo es el Amor en sí mismo hecho realidad.

Es difícil explicar con palabras este hecho. Si queremos entenderlo deberemos experienciarlo, vivirlo en nuestras carnes. Para ello un buen inicio es escuchando nuestro propio silencio interior. Aunque nos cueste, todos sentimos una vocecita dentro de nosotros que nos habla sin palabras. Nosotros la sentimos y luego se las ponemos.
El Amor se manifiesta en nuestro día a día de diversas e infinitas maneras. A continuación me gustaría destacar por ejemplo siete.
- Enamoramiento
El enamoramiento se puede expresar de muchas formas según las culturas y la época, pero el sentimiento es universal. Esa necesidad de estar y ser con otra persona, de compartir y dar todo lo que uno es. Aunque se pueda rodear de muchos otros sentimientos y necesidades, el enamoramiento es único y expresa en la búsqueda del otro el Amor.
- Amor a uno mismo
Todos tenemos la necesidad de sentirnos queridos y respetados. Esta necesidad se empieza a satisfacer cuando nos queremos a nosotros mismos, y entonces descubrimos todo el potencial que tenemos para amar. Nos damos cuenta que este potencial siempre ha estado con nosotros y por tanto venía ya de origen.
- Búsqueda de la Felicidad
En la constante búsqueda de la felicidad podemos sentir cómo el amor necesita estar presente. En este arduo camino, cada logro que conseguimos, no solo hemos necesitado de ese Amor, sino que una vez logrado, nos hemos inundado de él. Nos sentimos plenos de Amor.
- Deseo de hacer
Aun cuando nos proponemos no hacer nada, ya estamos haciendo algo, que es elegir no hacer. Constantemente sentimos necesidad de construir, crear, de hacer algo. En todo proyecto constructivo (los destructivos son meros pasos para los constructivos) se expresa el Amor, cuando ponemos todas nuestras ilusiones, pasiones y entusiasmos.
- Impermanencia
Al darnos cuenta que todo es cambio, que nada queda para siempre, descubrimos la mano del amor detrás. Lo que ha pasado es necesario para el presente y éste para que se cumpla el futuro. En este dinamismo podemos sentir el Amor al aceptar los nuevos hechos, desprendiéndonos de las ideas de estancamiento.
- Evolución
Aunque podamos tener contrarias ideas respecto a si evolucionamos o involucionamos, la realidad es que hay un movimiento hacia adelante que es independiente de nuestro juicio. Cuando somos conscientes de esto, sentimos el Amor con un objetivo final haciéndonos a nosotros partícipes.
- Muerte
Cuando sentimos nuestra muerte, percibimos cómo después de nuestra vida solo queda negrura, tras la cual solo puede haber eternidad. En este momento sentimos cómo el Amor inunda esa infinitud y nos espera con los brazos abiertos.
Como ya he comentado al inicio del artículo, estas manifestaciones del Amor solo se pueden experienciar. Aunque las haya intentado explicar con palabras, éstas no sirven de nada si no lo vivimos.
Os animo a estar abiertos al corazón y escuchar nuestro silencio.

As spiritual beings we are, we have been made of Love. This Love origin of our existence is manifested not only in the whole, but this all is Love itself come true.

It's hard to put into words this. If we want to understand experienciarlo, live it in our meats. This is a good start listening to our own inner silence. Although it costs us all feel a little voice inside us that tells us without words. We feel it and then we put them.
Love is manifested in our day to day variety and infinite ways. Then I would highlight such seven.
amorousness
Falling in love can be expressed in many ways in different cultures and times, but the feeling is universal. That need to be and be with someone, to share and give all that you are. Although you can surround many other feelings and needs, and infatuation is only expressed in the search for another love.
Love yourself
We all need to feel loved and respected. This need starts when we want to satisfy ourselves, and then discover all the potential we have to love. We realize that this potential has always been with us and therefore was already home.
Pursuit of happiness
In the constant pursuit of happiness we can feel the love needs to be present. In this arduous journey, we got every achievement, not only have need of that love, but once achieved, we have flooded it. We are full of love.
Desire to do
While we intend to do nothing, we are doing something that is choosing to do. We constantly feel the need to build, to create, to do something. In any construction project (destructive are mere steps to the building) Love is expressed when we put all our hopes, passions and enthusiasms.
impermanence
Realizing that everything is changing, nothing is forever, we found the hand of love behind. What has happened is necessary for the present and for the future it is met. In this dynamic, we can feel the love to accept new facts, ideas detaching stagnation.
evolution
While we may have opposing ideas about whether we evolve or devolve, the reality is that there is a forward motion that is independent of our judgment. When we realize this, we feel the Love with an end goal making us sharers.
death
When we feel our death, we see how after our life there is only darkness, after which there can be only eternity. At this time we feel how Love fills this infinity and waiting with open arms.
As I said at the beginning of the article, these expressions of love can only be experiencing. Although have tried to explain in words, they are useless if we do not live.
I encourage you to be open to listen to our heart and silence.
